Return & Refund Policy

You are responsible for examining your products on delivery and verifying their condition, and that the contents of the package are complete. Products are considered to have been accepted by you on delivery in good condition unless you notify us promptly of any deficiencies or defects.

Your Right to Return

You may return purchased products for any reason for a full refund of the product purchase price actually paid within 30 days following the date you receive the products, subject to compliance with the following conditions.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@babyandeve.ca within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and the reason for your return.
We will reply with a return authorization (RA) number and any specific instructions for your return.
Ship the product to the return address listed below, with the RA number clearly marked on the package. We recommend a tracked shipping service - we cannot refund items lost in transit.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The original outbound shipping fee is non-refundable.

Condition of Returned Products

We understand customers may need to use a product to evaluate it. Used products are eligible for return as long as they are not substantially consumed or destroyed. Please return the product in its original container with any included packaging.

Raw Cosmetics Inc. retains the right to either refuse a refund or to charge a restocking fee in the following situations:

The product is substantially consumed or empty
The product or its container is damaged beyond normal evaluation use
The return is shipped after the 30-day window
The product is missing from the returned package
The package is shipped without prepaid postage

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will refund the product purchase price (less any restocking fees as described above) to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The credit may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, defective product, damaged in transit), we will refund the full purchase price including outbound shipping and provide a prepaid return label.

Damaged or Defective on Delivery

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@babyandeve.ca within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including shipping.
